- Are returns free of charge?
No, returns are for your own account. We do not refund your return costs
- How can I return my purchase?
You can return your shipment to the address below.
Be sure to include your #order number with your shipment and give us specific instructions on what to do with your returned products.

- How long does it take to exchange a product?
If you indicate when you register your return that you would like to exchange a product, we will deal with it immediately. This way, we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.
- What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available?
Ask our customer service team about the possibilities. We will let you know when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already created your return and the product is sold out, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.
- Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a five-digit code. If you have not received this e-mail correctly, our customer service will be happy to help you.
- What should I do if a product is delivered defective or damaged?
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipment or production. We are of course happy to resolve this with you. Please send a message to - email - with a picture of the complaint. Our customer service team will work with you as quickly as possible to find a solution.
- What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?
Remember to deliver your return within 14 days before the return period expires. In the unlikely event that this does not succeed, we offer you the option of exchanging the product for a replacement or a voucher. Ask our customer service team about the possibilities.
- How long does a refund take?
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return at our warehouse, we will process it within 14 working days. On your track and trace received with your return, you can see when the package arrived at our warehouse. The 14 working days then commence. After the refund has been made, you will be notified. Please note that it can take up to 3 days for the refund to be visible in your bank
- What are the return conditions?
Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
Items must be returned to us in unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale with labels still attached and must be packed in a box (not a plastic bag)
If you return items that are not acceptable for resale, we cannot accept the returned items and cannot give you a refund.
TRAVLER cannot accept returns on items purchased during a giveaway or sale. Items purchased during a sale can only be returned and exchanged for another product or voucher.
Shipping costs for orders are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.
